Dripsphere Glow Candles Return Policy
We truly appreciate your support and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, please take a moment to review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unburned
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on:
- Used or burned candles
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or limited-run items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return, you’re welcome to place a new order after your return is processed.
